Yep Ms M, I have replied within seconds of Taz, 2 minutes here, probably cause' I'm feeling tired.
Nevermind Mathewb, with eBay being backed into a corner by major copyright owners now they will zealously nail anyone with the slightest excuse. And the smaller the seller you are, the less likely you are to be able to fight back and the least fees they lose whilst you are suspended.
Best spend the time doing it bit more homework if you are not to be nobbled by competitors reporting you, speaking of which check out their listings so you can make yours eBay proof.
It is well worth your while as high value fashion goods give a good return relative to fees
8800 I the funny thing is I thought I had read everything my products are genuine. Should I state this in my listings? What else do I need to read I will read anything I think eBay will be good for me and I am will to get it write but what else can I do
Matthewb,
Ebay's anti fraud measures are beyond ridiculous, granted. But you're a relatively new seller who is selling a high fraud/counterfiet item. No offense, but I wouldn't buy from you. NOTHING personal ...I would just rather go with a seller who had thousands of good FB if I were to drop that kind of a buck.
I have to wonder why you got suspended...did you list you're items after they told you not to?

No they never said not to list the items. Its a bit of a catch 22 that I find myself in. I want the FB but cant sell my goods to get the FB
Hi,
I can't see those particular listings because of the suspension, but looking at the Tiffany item, and after re-reading Ebay's notice to you again, it MIGHT be the link inserted in the description. (Don't know if you had a link in the Gucci one or not, can't see it)
Normally you are allowed a link to better describe the item, but in this case I'm not so sure. Because other than that, your listings look perfectly fine to me. I would go to Ebay Live Help and demand to know EXACTLY what happened. You can see emails are getting you nowhere.
Good luck

What the h---? Last week, I couldn't use Auctiva because The description window wouldn't work, ie: "Internet Explorer could not open the webpage...etc". Now, I cannot change the listing category or delete old, unused listing categories. I have the latest version of IE, so what could the problem be?
I'd suggest asking this as a NEW question, instead of tacking it onto a question/answer that is not revelant...it will easily get lost here.
