What is going on with the templates tonight? I can't re-list my items because everytime I save the template disappears and it won't give me the option to add a template unless I add a profile or whatever. If I add a new profile then I basically have to re-do the whole listing which is ridiculous.
I'm going to most likely miss out on at least 40 of the free listings which end in 2 hours thanks to this mess. You guys need to fix this junk, refund or do something. I don't have the time to re-do every listing that I want to re-list! I'm about ready to just give up and start looking for another site.

I switched browsers from Chrome to Firefox "hoping" that would fix it, but no luck. Now I can even get to the templates. It just pops up this error: We apologize for the inconvenience. An error occurred while attempting to process your request. Please retry your request again. If you continue to receive this error, please contact technical support referencing ID# 63e268cb-2b50-4421-a8d5-c6b428fc15d3. Thank you.

Contacted tech, but haven't heard anything.

Thanks for helping to bring this issue to our attention. The error message you mentioned here is definitely indicative of a problem getting something from our database and, while I have not been able to reproduce the issue from my end yet, I have reported the error to our engineering team for further investigation.

I will update this thread to let you know as any new information becomes available. I may also update your support case to ask you for some additional information that may help us be able to reproduce the error from our side.

Hello again. I just received an update from our engineering team about this issue and am pleased to report that the problem causing these errors should now be resolved. I added a message to this effect to the support case you had filed about these errors as well.
