Gallery image not showing

I didn't pay for gallery but when listing through ebay I would have gotten the small preview image on the listing page free (I think). I only have the camera image there listing through Auctiva. Is there a way that I can get it to show the preview image without paying for gallery?

Do you mean the thumbnail image you get in search results at eBay? If so, then the only way to get that is to pay for it.

I haven't sold anything for awhile, but reading the fees that are charged I thought the preview picture was free.

Then, what is this referring to? The small picture to the side of the ad once you get into the auction?

Hi Sas,

For the small(gallery) image to be displayed next to your listing on the eBay search pages, you need to use the "Gallery" feature. I believe it costs 35 cents extra.

I believe by "Preview Picture" they're referring to the header image, which is the image in the upper left of the listing next to the price, seller info, bid history, etc.

Thanks for your help. I really should have known that. To me the word 'preview' should be before you actually get to your ad, not after you are already have gotten into it.

I agree! It's not a "preview" if you're already on the ad's page..
