I want to generate a token for an additional Auctiva account, but I keep getting an Event Error, stating that I have multiple accounts.

Auctiva Support stated in a recent response to a support request that i was welcome to have multiple Auctiva accounts. How do I place eBay tokens for each account?

You can only have one eBay account associated with each Auctiva account. Similarly, you can only have one Auctiva account associated with each eBay account.

See If I got it right Smile

I have 2 eBay selling accounts. One of them is already registered here.

To have the 2nd one here I would: Make sure I'm signed out of my current account here, Open a new account with Auctiva using the other selling ID and email address, sign on Auctiva with the NEW account, then generate an eBay token.

That about right??
I even have 2 separate eBay and auctiva account but one of them keep saying that do I have another auctiva or ebay account error msg and I am failing to generate the token. Do I need to change the name and address, or email for the other ebay account or do I need to change the email and address for the auctiva account which I can not because both account has to be in the same address with different email and user id because I want to sell different products on my other account at lowpricedvintage and I can not generate a token, I keep getting the same msg...please help
Hi Nicksvintage,

Since you are still receiving that error, it is indicative that there is already an existing Auctiva account linked to the eBay account you are trying to generate a token for. Therefore, it sounds like you must actually have more than just 2 Auctiva accounts as it stands now.

I seem to recall helping you out with this situation through a support request you filed. If you still need help with anything, feel free to follow up with us through that support request.
