Get my Auctiva store to show

All of your listings that are active on eBay at any given time should show up in both your Auctiva store and eBay store. If your active eBay listing are not showing up in your Auctiva store, please contact our customer support team and we should be able to help you out with that.

If your active listings are not showing up in your eBay store, I recommend contacting eBay's customer support so they can look into why your listings are not showing up there.

Am I right in thinking that you can advertise your Auctiva store from your listing content, but not get it to appear as the 'visit sellers store' option in the top right of the listing?

You are indeed correct. While you can advertise your Auctiva store in the descriptions of your eBay listings, the "Visit Seller's Store" link that eBay started placing in your listings since you signed up for an eBay store cannot be altered to point to your Auctiva store.
