GETTING REALLY FRUSTRATED...

OK!I am getting mad

I have been trying to post several listings after opening my ebay store last night. One posted and 5 is still 'confirming' after 4 hours of sitting there. Still 'confirming' as we speak!!! AUCTIVA GUYS/GIRLS IF YOU'RE LISTENING....PLEASE HELP AS TO WHAT'S GOING ON. I read the other posts from last week and you said to be patient but THIS IS CRAZY! I know your site is free and thankful for that but 'you get what you pay for' and frankly, i am getting to the point that I would rather pay than go thru this. oh, by the way, when i am working on my listings and go to my desciption or upload pics, etc...it asks me to sign in again and most of the time i lose all of my info...that's real fun............HELP PLEASE!!!

hi there, and i definitely feel your frustration!!! i originally registered with auctiva about a year ago, but i couldn't get the hang of the system (and i think i'm pretty good with computer stuff!!!).

anyway, about 2 weeks ago, i decided to give auctiva another try and it's been easier this time. i don't know if they've changed things in the last year that make it easier, or if my patience has improved ... or what.

one thing that i've learned is to ALWAYS copy the description text before pushing ANY button!!! i can't tell you HOW many times the auctiva system has "eaten" my description. and OF COURSE this usually happens when it's a very detailed one!!! you don't need to actually paste the copied description anywhere (but you could always paste it into wordpad or a blank email if that makes you feel better!); it's just hanging around "out there" on the clipboard in case you need it. hope this tip helps!

Your troubles are just ongoing issues that we all deal with on way to many occasions, when this happens to me I just hit the back button and try again. This works most of the time
