Has Auctiva site gone down?

at the moment, there are technical difficulties with the site that our engineers are looking into. I have no ETA as of yet when the issue will be resolved, but will update this and the thread in the News section of the forum as soon as more information regarding this becomes available.

the difficulty causing the site to be inaccessible has been resolved, you should now be able to log back into your Auctiva account and have them operate as it usually does.

Still having problems - freezing up - no photos-can't list - is there an ongoing problem?

we are not aware of any continued difficulty with the site since the resolution from our engineers and I have not been able to reproduce any difficulty uploading images so it is unclear what may be occurring for you.

I suggest you try logging out of your account, clearing the browser cache for the browser you use and then logging back in to the site.

If you continue to experience difficulty after trying this, please feel free to file a support case from under the Help tab of the site that includes the details of what you are experiencing and we will be happy to look into it further.

Maybe it was fixed but it's running so slow today it's a waste of time trying to get any work done.
