Have customized an Auctiva Template but can't use it??

I saved my customized Auctiva template, but when I try to set up a new listing, I do not see where I can choose my customized template. I only see all the other Auctiva templates, not the one I customized.

Hi chibuya,

when you are creating a listing and have elected to "Select a Template", to the left hand side of the page you will see a section in blue marked "Categories" going down this list you will need to click on the categorie marked "Custom". Then to the right your saved custom templates will appear for you to choose.
