Hi Everyone,

I have been having this problem for quite some time and quite frankly it's getting old and costing me money. Sometimes I will schedule a listing to post at a certain time, and when I look at the listings in ebay it will show the same listing posted twice back to back. I have talked to some other sellers that use Auctiva and they are having the same problem. Is anyone else having this problem? Is it something I am doing? I do a inventory every month, and inevitably I have to remove listings that I don't have product for. Even worse I will sell something That I do not have anymore, but there is an active listing for it that I did not post. Any insight would be appreciated.

Thank you,

Yes, I've had this happen, too, and had to cancel several duplicates before I figured out what was happening. When I clicked "Post" and then went to eBay to see the listing in "My Ebay," it wasn't there, so I returned to Auctiva, and reposted. Turned out that it was delayed, and present in my auctiva "Schedule listings," set to post some minutes later. Not sure why.
I just came here to see if anyone else is having this problem. One auction posted three times this morning!!! I'm trying to make money NOT give more to eBay for nothing!!!
Also, for quite awhile I'm been having problems when I post an auction. When I hit post, it looks like it's posting to eBay but then I get a message that it was scheduled......I didn't schedule, I hit the post button. When I go to look at the scheduled auction, it's only a matter of minutes (usually about 5) before it's suppose to post. Not all auctions do this. Does anyone know why it schedules itself and if there is anything I can do to stop this?
Think we can get a refund from Auctiva for their system screw up? lol
I also know 3 other people using Auctiva and they are also having the same problem. I will take it up with Auctiva. It is getting very expensive, plus I wonder how many customers I have lost because I have to email them and tell them I don't have the item they won. Now that we're paying for Auctiva, (which I'm Ok with) I am expecting this to be remedied. I run between 700 and 1000 ads every month so I need this to be right.
Are you guys using the Autolist feature? That can mess things up if you haven't set it up correctly. For example, before I realized how to use the Inventory auto-relist, I also listed items that I didn't have anymore, simply because I had put it into Inventory *after* I listed the first item. That way I had one item to much in Inventory.
It's also possible that you keep autorelisting it indefinitely, long after all your items are sold out. So, check what your auto-relist is set to.
Yes I use auto relist on all my items. I have over 100 items a day closing. It would be a real chore to try to keep track of that manually. I have it set so if the item does not sell it should relist. Do you think this is my problem? I opened a case with Auctiva, but they want to see an example and I have not got around to searching through thousands of scheduled listings yet.
Yes I am having the same problem and they claim it is me and the scheduled listings that never seem to post. They need to use the star to denote posting like they do in saved auctions. Joy

I am having and have been having the same problem ever since I started with Auctiva. Their servers are probably slow and keyed to service only the big guys. It's costing me money and time too. It is getting VERY old! Penguinsaz
