I did my first description, and when I try to preview it, a blank e-bay page appears with just the catagory. I have tried it several times, and checked to make sure all my information is filled in. What am I doing wrong?

I think the reason you are unable to preview is because you haven't created an eBay token, therefore we are unable to communicate with eBay to generate the preview. Once you create you eBay token, you should be able to preview your listings without a hitch.

I am one of the developers in Auctiva. Preview page should have nothing to do with the eBay token as long as you have a valid Auctiva account and it doesn't need to communicate with eBay to generate the preview(Sorry, Mike, you are wrong this time :-) ). jools47, could you tell us more about how it happened? Have you ever succeeded in generating a preview page at all? What browser were you using? Does that "blank ebay page" have any other information like title, start price besides the category?
Could you fire a support case regarding this issue? Please include as much information (description, images etc) as you can in the support case so that we could regenerate the error. Your help will be very much appreciated.

Mike, sorry about my previous post. You were right, the preview page does have something to do with the token. It doesn't need the token itself, but it needs to read the feedback score from acutiva server which can only be generated after you generate a valid ebay token.
