and having problems switching off the auto-mails 
The Help pages say:
Click on the "My Account" tab.
Click on the "Account Settings" link.
Scroll to the bottom of the page and choose "Don't send auto-email" from the drop-downs.
Click the "Update Account Preferences" button.
BUT
I cannot see a "Don't send auto-email" option on any of the drop-downs as described above.
Is there any other way of cancelling these auto-emails please?
