Find the 'closed' listing in Auctiva..Just checkmark it, hit the relist button at the top, and you should be able to post now, schedule, whatever. Everything thru Auctiva while still getting relist credit

Miss Member (saw that on a post and like it... that's what I'm gonna call you. I get called Miss Shirley all the time. lol), we must keep a very similar schedule. Adding that I fed my dogs just before you did this morning. LOL

I've not found how to relist, while being allowed to edit through Auctiva. It takes me right to eBay. How do you do that? Inquiring minds want to know. lol

Don't know, I've never relisted thru Auctiva, only thru Ebay...will have to do some research , I swear I read that function was available now. Although it wouldn't be the first time I was wrong

Ok guys I found this thread that might help...if the listing is moved into the saved folder you should be able to edit all you want. Check out the last post from Auctiva Mike.

Well now - that did work - but we're waiting on Phase II for eligibility for relist ( insertion fee) credit ..... so.... have to relist through eBay - take out the pics then edit them back in through Auctiva......

I've run into this problem before myself. I relisted an item after I figured out how to edit it. I never received relist credit for the item. I'm not sure if there is an Ebay policy that says you don't receive an Ebay relist credit if you change something, but this happened to me on a couple of listings a couple of months ago. I haven't seen the credits yet, and I'm sure I never will.

Ah, good point SC..I know if you lower your starting price or change the format (auction to BIN for example) you'll lose the credit.

I don't understand why a discussion on relisting is in "IMAGE HOSTING"?

If you schedule a relist, Auctiva allows full revisions through the scheduled folder. If you immediately relist, all revisions are done through ebay.

Hi magical*memoirs. I just tried it and can find no way to edit the body of the listing. I can change the start price, quantity and duration. I can't change it to store inventory either, which I'd really like to do.

What am I missing?

I thought I read on another thread (can't find it now) that the new upgrades have affected quite a few functions....we shall see...this can't be good.

Hi Everybody, I just relisted 3 items all together and scheduled them for 12/19/07 at 8AM. It worked just like it is supposed to work. I went to closed listings and picked the 3 I wanted to relist and it went to another page. I then edited the ones I needed to edit and then scheduled them for tomorrow. I really like the feature. I wanted to change the pictures since I had watermarked them and it worked. Good Luck and Happy Holidays
