Hi. Have you changed your eBay password? Try resetting your token and maybe that will help.

I find it hard to believe (not saying I don't) that Auctiva support hasn't answered your requests when contacting them. They're awfully good about responding quickly. Have you changed your email address maybe?

I'd try again if it was me. I love Auctiva and can't imagine listing without it any more. Smile

I just checked your support case history and found that we replied to your case regarding this matter about an hour after you filed it, but we have not heard back from you since.

For further assistance with this matter, please log-in to your Auctiva account and click the "Check the Status of an Ongoing Support Case" link. You should then be able to locate your case, read our previous response, and follow up with us if necessary.
