Help! Deleted item from Auctiva | Auctiva

I inadvertently deleted an item I'd wanted to relist and now need help.

Can I somehow retrieve it from Auctiva? It doesn't appear in my original, scheduled, active or inactive items. Yikes

If it's a RELIST, is the old listing still showing on the Auctiva Closed Listing page. If so, try Import to retrieve the listing from eBay. If the Import is successful, it will store in your Imported Listings folder on the Saved Listings page.

I had this happen to me one night when I was trying to list a lot of items. My item didn't get deleted, I just couldn't find it.

When I put the view setting at view 100 (on my saved listings) it would appear.
