Help! Having an ebay MESSAGES problem! Can't Answer Questions!

I 've had same problem since Oct1st

No messages/no site map/ no forum boards.

In fact I even get pages that will simply pop up blank from time to time and there's no way to view them other than logging out and clearing everythging and trying again. THis happens when searching on ebay and checking a sellers item or at times when checking my very own.

I can't even contact Ebay as the phone # they give for "TOP SELLER SERVICE" has a wait time and after sitiing 15 mins past my quoted 15 mins I GAVE UP on that joke. Today my quoted wait time ws 49 mins??

I've nothing better to do and wait 49 mins for one of their morons to lie to me.

This in unacceptable.
The qualty of service is unacceptable, the inabilty to do business, the DSRS that may be banking my my abiklty to contact etc.

And scarey still are the blank page quirks I've morted wehen searching others items and when viewing my own.
How many would be buyers are pulling up your very own page to find a "BIG BLANK SPOT" that you are paying for mind you. Oh yea, 100 free listings this month must make that ok. What good are those if they are JUNK.

Now as a QUICK FIX you can log into Ebay CANADA or U.K. or AUS and use their message system if need be to contact buyers. IT"S A PAIN IN THE BUTT AND UNACCEPTABLE but it will (or was) working.

We had the same problem with Ebay & IE. Tried Chrome & Firefox. Problem was non-existent with them.

As far as phone with ebay, called other day, said 20 minutes wait. I put phone on speaker and it was about 4 times longer than they said. (needless to say, keep the charger handy) I did get a lot of dusting done. . because it is hard to list while FUMING!

They said they are "unusually busy" making changes to improve the site. Yep, it is a tough job implementing policies to screw the sellers.

I have been hearing this "unusually busy" and "we are experiencing high call volume" for years.

Hey.. was beginning to wonder if you were still alive. Thanks.. I had to bribe people to leave me feedback to get there. That is the one star that really counts for very little. I had much rather have the 5* ratings in other areas.
