I have created ads here, updated the ebay token and everything else - I THINK

First I couldn't list because I didn't have 15 feedback. I got 15 feedback NOW and I can list no problem if I am directly on ebay BUT here I get a message that says -

API Error

Until you have more feedback, you must use the same PayPal payment email address as your eBay email address.

the PayPal payment email address IS the same as my ebay email address. Like I said, I can list on ebay with no problem!

HELP ME please!

Hello,
If you just recently had an increase in your feedback (did it happen today?), it might be because Auctiva hasn't synched your account info with ebay yet. I think they do that once a day, but am not positive.

Did you recently change or modify your email addresses with ebay and/or PayPal? Could be the same type of reason, that ebay and PayPal haven't synched with each other yet.

If you don't think these reasons apply in your case, I would recommend that you file a support request ticket with Auctiva so they can help you further.

There was a pop up notice that appeared that I had to click for Auctiva to get the correct feedback. So it has nothing to do with the feedback issue as far as ebay is concerned.

NOPE, as I said, I can list directly on ebay - this is an Auctiva issue.

Now I lost the whole night of listing and still no answers.
Thanks for trying but don't Auctiva people work on weekends?
Or are they just 9 to 5ers?
Most of us I would imagine need answers outside the normal work day.

I tried that earlier and just got an error page.
Hi NewSeller,

I just accessed our support request page from all of our web servers and did not receive an error message, so I'm not quite sure why you have been unable to file a support request. Can you please try contacting our customer support department using the following link: http://support.auctiva.com?

If you are still unable to file a support request, please let me know your Auctiva username via a response to this thread, and I'll see if I can figure out what's going on.

-Mike
