Help Me Please Cannot Generate Ebay Token

My English is not well But I think you will understand me.

Now I have 2 accounts on auctiva and ebay.
The first on ebay + auctiva is active.(But I rarely use it)

I'd like a new account for sell different products.

And today I signed up a new account already (second auctiva account), but it cannot generate Ebay Token for my second auctiva's account, It showed..
"An eBay account with your eBay username already exists, but belongs to a different user. Do you have multiple Auctiva accounts?"

Can I have multiple Auctiva accounts?
And What should I do? or I should cancel the first account?

Thanks for letting us know about this. Based on the error message you are receiving, it sounds like you have been unable to generate a token for your new Auctiva account because your eBay account is already linked to an existing Auctiva account. While you can have multiple Auctiva accounts, each eBay account can only be linked to ONE Auctiva account.

The best solution to this problem would most likely be to simply continue using the Auctiva account you create first which should already have a valid token linking it to your eBay account.
