Help needed re setting up Royal Mail Insurance rates

Hello again

I'm going round in circles at the moment and hope someone can help me.

I am in the UK and need to offer optional postal insurance to my customers.

The rate for UK customers is currently 72p for Recorded Delivery and that's fine.

My problem is I cannot see how to show a different rate of £3.50 for Internatiional Signed For delivery for my overseas customers.

Could someone please point me in the right direction.

Hi, I have the same problem. I'm in USA, when I list my items on Auctiva.com for my eBay store, my optional insurance cost shows exactly the same for US and my international shipping. What I do after listing the items I open the listings on eBay and manually change the insurance cost for Canada, and other countries.

Would you please let me know exactly where I will find that as I can only see settings for Auctiva Insurance, which of course I don't want as I am in UK.
