Help! Paid for custom template & auctiva kicks me offline when used.

I do not understand...I purchased a custom template and each time I select it to use, I get kicked off of the internet. I contacted the company that created it for me and they said it has to be an auctiva's end b/c they've never had problems with this. Does anyone have any idea why this is happening?

Be sure to file a Help Ticket. Auctiva Brent will give it a look over for any tags that might not be closed or not able to work with Auctiva. Those can be converted over.

I would state to put the html here with practice board and have us look at it so we can rag tag it..but there's no telling if someone would grab the html and run with it.

This sounds like a bigger error than code problems. I suggest you take a moment and fill out a support ticket located at Support Request. Give us all the details that we ask for so that we can try and reproduce this problem and work to solve it.
