Hi louise30,

It appears that the token linking your Auctiva account to your eBay account was invalidated when your eBay account was suspended, which prevented us from being able to reconcile the data in your Auctiva account with that in your eBay account automatically as would typically happen when items end or are removed from eBay.

Since you have since generated a token, I was able to run a command to remove these items from your Auctiva account, so this issue situation should be all straightened out now.

If you have any additional questions or concerns, please feel free to contact our customer support team using the web form on the following page: http://www.auctiva.com/help/requesthelp.aspx

it was the pictures from charlie and lola the kids programme this time, i have had a chart with the character ben 10 removed before, but if one of the big companies wrote to ebay again i would get banned for life. disney don't seem to mind, and stacks of other sellers who also sell reward charts have been suspended before but still list the characters but you could guarantee i'd be the one that got caught again so best not to upset them.
