Help with custom template Please! | Auctiva

Hi

I am so new to this that it is not funny, i altered a template supplied by Auctiva and saved it.

But when i make a new listing and try to use this template i can only bring up the auctiva and can not get the customised one up

Hi Just a bit more info thing i have read say in listings click on custom templates but i can not find this option anywhere??

Hi Mandie,

If you've found where to select the templates then in the far left side there should be a drop down menue where you can scroll through template styles, like baby, clothing and so on - there is on that says Custom, that's what you need to click.

Note that the window on the right will not show a preview of the custom template unless you actually click preview. Hope this helps
