Hi,
Last night I created an Auctiva account and whenever I tried generating a token, nothing would happen after I got redirected back to Auctiva from eBay.
Then I saw that I had several of these notifications:
An eBay account with your eBay username already exists, but belongs to a different user. Do you have multiple Auctiva accounts?
I do believe I had an Auctiva account a couple of years ago. But I no longer remember the username or even the email address that would have been associated with that account. Is there anyway an support rep or admin could help me with generating a token for my current Auctiva account?
Or maybe is there some way that I can login on eBay and clear all tokens to start over again?
