Hi,

Last night I created an Auctiva account and whenever I tried generating a token, nothing would happen after I got redirected back to Auctiva from eBay.

Then I saw that I had several of these notifications:

An eBay account with your eBay username already exists, but belongs to a different user. Do you have multiple Auctiva accounts?

I do believe I had an Auctiva account a couple of years ago. But I no longer remember the username or even the email address that would have been associated with that account. Is there anyway an support rep or admin could help me with generating a token for my current Auctiva account?

Or maybe is there some way that I can login on eBay and clear all tokens to start over again?

Hi Matt,

You need to open a Support Case and let them know your eBay User ID, so they can search the system and delete the old account.

If you post back the eBay ID on this thread, that might get a Tech to spot the thread and delete it too. However, the former method should get you faster service.

Edit: You could also try Live Chat with a rep. from Icon at top of Main page.
