Hits on listings not showing

greetings!

I am new to the Auctiva and eBay world, so please excuse me if this question has already been asked.

I created a few listings with the help of Auctiva. I check back with Auctiva to see if I got any visitors very often. I noticed that the hits shown on the Auctiva listing page does not coincide with the actual isting on eBay...? Does anybody know...why?

Hi, on eBay they know straight away as that is where your listing is viewed by potential buyers, but Auctiva being a totally seperate site and company will inevitably lag behind.

If you're talking about the ebay counters (?) they are pretty unreliable (If that's not what you mean, feel free to ignore me

)
I've always used Andale, now Vendio, counters, they're free and are probably a little more accurate. They also seem to be very up to the minute so to speak. You just need a token, same as with Auctiva.

Also, if you use an ebay counter you will see a new link to "Click here to get a free Experian credit report" under the counter. In other words, an ad/link on the listing page (that you paid for) that exists for the purpose of pulling your potential buyer off your listing! Isn't that just fine?
