How can I add the showcase to my previous listings?

Hi,
I think I goofed. I previously had a Vendio showcase on my listings. Last week I signed on with Auctiva and everything looked fine. So yesterday I signed off of Vendio. Now I have no showcases on my listings which are pre-Auctiva. Is there any way to add Auctiva's showcase to those listings, or must I sign back on to Vendio for as long as they last?

Hello,

I'm not sure why your Auctiva store window was removed from your listings when you cancelled Vendio, but there is a way to add it to your listings.

To add the store window to your active listings you must add the store window html to the html description using eBay's "Revise Item" form. The html description can be found at Auctiva -> Store -> Store Window -> Store Window HTML.
