How Come I Keep Getting "No Tax" Instead Of A State?

I am using a listing that I did yesterday to try and do a "List Similar" item.

Everything is going fine until I click "Post".

I come back with the error "Tax Invalid".

Well, I suppose . . . When I have 6% listed, and all I can get from your 'State' drop down menu is "NO TAX", then I am going to get this error of "Tax Invalid".
Where did the DROP DOWNS go that should be there instead of "NO TAX"?
How do I get "IOWA" to 'drop down . . .
and just why am I having this problem anyway when I am working from a similar listing that worked just fine when I created it yesterday???



Am I just confused?
Or did I wake up in the wrong life again????
