As you know Tom, I'm getting the standard from support. I am now told that when I opened this account, the checkout defaulted "on" without my knowledge, thereby opening the door for your Auctiva insurance to be purchased by any buyer who chooses. I need your checkout removed as it was placed there without my knowledge and I am now being charged for something I didn't sign up for. Support is now help, giving standard replies. Perhaps you can enlighten us all as to how we can get rid of this. I have turned checkout off before, only to find it turned back on and appearing on auctions that it shouldn't be on. Please advise.

If you turn off checkout on the Auctiva site, it does not change any currently running auctions on eBay, only new ones that you list after turning the option off. This may be why even after you turned it off, some buyers were still going through Auctiva checkout. In order to remove Auctiva checkout for a currently running auction, you would have to cancel and relist the auction because eBay does not give us the ability to do this.
