how do I add the ebay header photo? spell checker

I'm actually not sure how to add a header image to an active listing. Maybe someone else will be able to help you with that.

The speel checker is working fine on our end. Please try clearing your cache via the following process and perhaps that will resolve this issue:

In Internet Explorer go to the Tools menu, click the Internet Options menu item, then click the "Delete Files" and "Delete Cookies" buttons.

In Firefox, go to Tools -> Clear Private Data -> Check Cache and Cookies -> Clear Private Data Now.

Remember to close all browser windows but one while clearing your cache.

Heh heh. It's dumb to point out, I know, but it made me chuckle.

I thought it was funny also....but was so thankful someone responded to my question! LOL Luckily the item I needed the header photo on sold, so now I don't have to worry. Lesson learned.

Y'know, I just figured out what you meant by "header photo". I mean, it should be obvious but for some reason I was thinking of something else.

The only way I know to add it (which may cost you extra depending on what the circumstantial problems were) is to do it directly from eBay the way you would when creating a new listing there. Of course, you could only do that (I think) if you didn't have any bids.

Anyway, glad it sold!

Spell checker hasn't worked for me for several days now. I clear my cache/cookies several times daily. Still won't work

Spell checker not working here either. Cleared out the files & cookies twice in 2 hours and cannot finish one listing. Do they turn off features at 5pm CST. Auctiva works find in the daytime but in the evenings - it doesn't work. I can't even get the listing to save.
