I am new to auctiva and i have done come items as my store items but when i load it to ebay it will go to other items on the catagory links on the left. How do i get it to go to the one i wont it to go to.

sorry, but I dont fully follow your question.
If youre saying you cant get store categories to show up, you have to go to your preferences here on auctiva, then go to ebay prefences, then import your store categories.
If you havent created store categories yet, you need to go to "my ebay" and then to Manage my Store and then create the categories. (then import store categories here on auctiva)

I keep going to my ebay setting on auctiva but it dosen't give me anything to work with. When i do a new listing where on there do i put what store catagory i wont it to go to? The ones that i have put on ebay is going to other items.

Ok think I know what you are saying.....
When you create a category in ebay you need to let auctiva know the new category if you go to ...My Account then....Settings.....then ebay settings....Then update store categories from ebay....and bingo all the categories you have made in ebay are now in Auctiva....so when you create a new listing you should have the choice of ebay categories you have created....Hope that makes sense..Good luck.
