But at classic.auctiva.com we have two methods One is with ebud a management tool that relists and does feedback and emails along with many other things.
And there is web based relisting there which lets you change the price and duration of the listing being relisted.
so Auctiva does have tools for what you need but it's not here on the free listings tools site.
couldnt you go to the ebay unsold items and relist them from there ? do the auctions created on Auctiva not go there when they end unsucessfully ? i realize tonight that by redoing all my unsold auctions in the auctiva creator that i will not get the relisting fees thru ebay , but wont i be able to do this after i have redone all my auctions( i sell same items week after week)? hope ive made sense .
Please login to your account on our site and select the My Account tab > eBay Settings > Get New Token. There appears to be something wrong with your token. Please generate a new one. Your listings should import and the Auctiva Store appended in the next 12 to 24 hours.
So couldn't you juist relist from my ebay and than go back to auctiva.com and generate an ebay token and that way have auctiva goodies all over your listings again and look like the original listing?
Are you sure about that? i think I did that and it didn't show auctiva's gallery and banner. Wouldn't you need to generate another token in order to make it happen?
Hi Moe, Yes, I am absolutely sure. I do it regularly. You shouldn't have to generate a token for ebay more than once (actually, maybe it's once a year). The token just allows Auctiva to log into ebay on your behalf to list and/or update your listings.
