How long does it take usually to get a response from Auctiva help?

I asked yesterday evening what was up with my accoung because I can't generate a new token since I changed my username. Right now my account looks like a brand new one with no images or auctions and I can't make a new auction until the problem is fixes. Sooooo...I was just wondering what the average wait time is.

Hi used to be within a day but now they appear to be so busy that it can become a few days, I would add a further message to the original request as a reminder after a day or so
