I THINK WERE BACK UP!! YEAH!!
i was wrong, only some parts of the site are working.
I do think they have an obligation to provide a service and I think they are. If in the process of providing that service and improving it there needs to be the ocassional--albeit, inconvenient down time, i don't think it is unbearable.

I beg to differ (just a friendly "differ") . The operative word here is "occasional". We were all burned last weekend (2 weekends before Christmas), as I'm sure many will recall.
Now on the Sunday before Christmas, we can't use ANY Auctiva function except for the message board. We only have 5 business days to sell and ship merchandise to last minute shoppers. Following Christmas there is the traditional January Shopping Slump.
Is this unbearable? No, of course we can bear it, and Christmas is a time of great joy for me even if I can't sell another Japanese Yule A Go-Go Pink Aluminum Rotating Musical Christmas Tree (batteries not included).
However, for those of us who switched to Auctiva recently, this is more than just a small inconvenience. It's a different level of inconvenience for each one of us - during the busiest shopping week of the year. That, as they say, ain't hay.
Merry Christmas to all!

True. Maybe things will get better in the future. HOPE YOU HAVE A HAPPY HOLIDAY!
It isn't worth the wait for what has been done. I just posted a listing and went to eBay to check it..It had a descriptin that was nothing but jibberish!!!!!! I had to revise it on E-bay itself. What kind of garbage is that..
