I am just getting back into selling and am trying to get back up to speed. One thing I realize I am tripping over is an easy way to determine if the buyer chose to take the insurance option I provided. I just posted my first item with Auctiva and wonder if it will be easier determining the yes or no of insurance than happened with my last two e-bay postings. If this makes any sense, I can use some help.

Hi sticky-monkeyflower,

Once a transaction has been completed, you can check whether your buyer purchased the optional insurance or not by clicking the "Transactions" link under the "Sales" tab within your Auctiva account.

If as item has a "View Insurance" link next to them, it is indicative that the buyer purchased insurance. If not, then the buyer did not purchase the optional insurance. Furthermore, if you click the "View Transaction Details" link next to an item on your "Transactions" page, you will see the complete transaction details, which will list whether insurance was purchased or not.
