How can my store categories be displayed at the left hand side whenever the buyer browse my item, thanks.

My first thoughts are that you need an EBay shop. Have you already got an eBay shop? If so then it'll be something to do with the settings within eBay. As far as I know you can't display your auctiva shop catergories next to your auctiva listings. However if someone knows a way I'm sure they'll let us know.

Here goes:
Go into: My Ebay,
Marketing Tools,
Listing Frame (under the Shop Marketing menu),
Then choose the option "Show my shop listing header and left-navigation bar in my listings",
click Apply
I'm assuming that this will be the same for ebay.com as it is for me in ebay.co.uk
