how to get free shipping to show up on ebay

If I select 0 for shipping cost is just shows see item description. I want the free shipping to show up on search and have only been able to post listing and then go to ebay to revise. Any way to submit it to ebay with "free shipping" selected?

Normal method is to use Flat Rate, select Shipping Service, and enter 0. Preview should show Free.

I think not selecting Shipping Service, e.g. USPS First Class, produces that "See item Description. If you don't want to specify, just select "Standard Flate Rate Shipping Service".

If that's not it, it may be a bug that needs reporting with a Support Case.

I just posted an auction a couple of days ago. you do have to hit something like flat rate shipping then type 0.00 for cost. when it list it will have the free shipping (stamp from ebay)
