Is it possible to take an active listing, and save it as a profile?

I have searched the auctiva help and forum and cannot figure how to save a listing. I have 600 closed listings and over 70 active listings but few profiles. I would like to save more of my closed listings so I can create similar listings or profiles. Where is that "save" button or function? When can I use it?

As Joe mentioned earlier in this thread, it is possible to create profiles directly from saved listings stored within your Auctiva account. If you have items on your Saved Listings page that you would like to convert into profiles, you can do so by checking the boxes next to the desired items on your Saved Listings page and then clicking the “Create Profiles” option.
If you have listings on your Closed Listings page that you would like to create profiles from, you should be able to convert those to saved listings and then create profiles from them using the same process.
All you need to do to move items on your Closed Listings page over to your Saved Listings page is check the boxes next to the desired items on your Closed Listings page and then click the blue “Import Listings” button.
