I'm relatively new to Auctiva - although I signed up some months ago I haven't listed much due to recent ill health, so I am still very much a newbie.

I did successfully import my active listings from eBay when I first joined, and added a few new ones using the Auctiva system. One of those was ended a few weeks ago due to being out of stock - now today I have relisted it using "relist" directly on eBay. All fine, except that it is not showing now as an active listing in my Auctiva account.

So - is there some way to import it please? Or is it necessary to relist only from within Auctiva for listings to be synchronised?

Feeling a bit stupid at the moment!

Hi Julie,

Thanks for contributing to our forum. While new listings that you post or relist directly through eBay should generally show up on your Auctiva Active Listings page almost immediately, there are occasions when they have to be imported by our backup service that is set up to run on each account a few times today.

I was just able to have the listing you just relisted imported into your account manually so you should now be able to find it on your Active Listings page, but I expect it would have been imported automatically later today had I not done that.
