Hello heymoe,

HTML can indeed be used within the description via CSV, and so long as it complies with eBay's Active Content policies, there are no special keywords or functions needed past the HTML formatting.

If you need assistance troubleshooting your CSV file, feel free to reach out to our support team directly, and we'd be happy to assist further!

Thank you for reaching out,

Hello heymoe,

HTML is indeed supported for the description via CSV, and as long as it complies with eBay's policies regarding Active Content, there shouldn't be any specific keywords or functions past the HTML formatting.

I would suggest using a tool such as https://www.practiceboard.com/ or  https://www.isdntek.com/ebayto...veContentSandbox.htm to ensure that the HTML appears correctly, and the second tool will check for any potential policy violations on eBay as well.

If you have any further questions or need help troubleshooting your CSV file, feel free to reach out to our support team, and we'd be happy to help!

Thank you,

Bruce - Auctiva
