I was doing a support case #244544 about importing my existing eBay auctions. When I tried to reply because I don't understand this program yet I keep getting a Server Error in /Application - Runtime error. It is telling me to create a tag within the web config - configuration file in the root directory. I hava NO idea what this means - I am not a programmer. How can I reach a person to help me?????? My previous auction management program is closing down and I have to try to move 1500 items to Auctiva and am desperate for help.

Because Auctiva has that power.

linman, if you can get into the rest of the site at all, try this link for following your support case. And if that doesn't work go to the Help page (link at the top of this page) and click on "Check the status..." at the bottom of that page.

The info on the Runtime Error is for Auctiva staff, though -- you just need to find out how to avoid getting them..

I know that is no help but just wondered how "auctiva" edited this message?

BECAUSE THEY POSTED AN ALL CAPS TITLE AND I EDITED IT BECAUSE YOU'RE NOT SUPPOSED TO DO THAT.

Please, no all caps titles.

Many times I've included an [Edited: changed all caps title] type of comment within the edited postings. I stopped doing that because I rarely ever modify the contents of a post. If I do it's almost always because they've mentioned a competitor and I've starred out the name or web address. I just don't want to spend the time anymore adding the comments. Although now I'm remembering why I did it to start with.
