I can't list, save, schedule, post, change a template or even estimate fees. Any clue auctiva when this will be resolved. There are other free auction management services out there and am starting to wonder if I should use one. I love Auctiva when it works... Seems like these problems are increasing.

I appreciate the suggestion however I have tried to do this but when I say I can't do anything, it includes filing a support ticket. The only way I can even get to this forum is by doing a google search and coming in that way. I am not trying to be a smart *ss, but I think this issue is bigger then a few support requests which I would guess they are inundated with at this point. I am hoping that people will see this post and either let us know if they have heard anything or add whether they are having problems. My guess is that other people are and possibly also unable to contact support. Thanks.
I found a post from Auctiva Mike D. from yesterday. He indicated that the server problem has been fixed and if there were still people having propblems they were effected by another problem and to file a support request. He also provided a link. Not only are the problems exactly the same as they were prior to his indiacting the problem was fixed, I can't access his link. Everything times out. This is very frustrating. At least if there is a problem acknowledge it and try to estimate time to fix. I have a hard time believing this is isolated. From all of the posts I have been reading this seems like a large problem.
