What can I do. I am unable access anything on the Auctiva site except these forums. I can't list, I can't file a support case. How do I get help?

Apologies for the difficulty. We are currently looking into a resolution for the difficulty and hope to have the site back to fully operational shortly. I will post again to this thread as soon as more information becomes available.
Our engineers have resolved the difficulty and the site is operating normally again.
