I purchased an expensive item from a guy named Dan, (Hydro_Suppply) was his username.
I paid about a month ago, what should I do?
He sent me bogus emails telling me he was being delayed.

Looks as though he has been suspended from eBay.He has a pile of negative feedback for not sending items.If you paid by PayPal file a dispute and also file with eBay a item not received claim.if you did not pay by PayPal basically all you can do is suck it up and learn from it.Possibly if you know where he lives get in touch the police and file a theft charge against him

Taz is right, you're being stalled...the deadline to file an 'item not recieved' report is 45 days. I'd say you waited long enough. Hope you paid through Paypal or you're pretty much up the creek. File anyway regardless of how you paid. Good luck!
You should always pay for expensive items with a credit card... that way, it's out of Paypals hands, and you'd get your money back! If he has no money in his Paypal account, your out of luck! Report it to the police!
