No, it's a hardware problem with one of the drive arrays used for database file storage. We've been needing to shuffle things around from the faulty array to other ones. Unfortunately that has resulted in too much usage on those and now they're starting to slow down. We're working on getting the broken one rebuilt running again and then things should be back to normal.

It is really horrible timing. Sorry. We actually have 2 backup arrays just in case this ever happened, but a compatibilty issues with some HP equipment has only allowed us to use 1/2 of each of those. If even 1 of them worked we'd be fine.

Dear Prince Suzy, I want to join in the waillllllling. Wonder if Auctiva will chip in for my utilities as well as for toys???? If so, I can take the next two weeks off and enjoy Christmas. For tonight, I am going to bed. Can't take it anymore. Why to we continue to love this program in spite of this???? I think we must be under a magic spell!!!
