I'm having trouble listing a hat

Hi,
I am trying to list a baby gap hat for infants and keep getting this message:

eBay has not posted your item due to title, description, and/or eBay policy violation. Please contact Auctiva support for more information on why your listing has failed to post.

I have a very brief description and cannot figure out what I am doing wrong. This is also happening on a pair of Tommy Hilfiger shorts.

I have tried everything (started over, re-worded, took new pictures) and it will not post them.

I have listed several other items and they have posted just fine.

Any ideas.....

The error message you mentioned indicates that eBay rejected your posting attempt(s) and returned an error that was not recognized by our system. If you contact our customer support team using the appropriate link on our help page, http://www.auctiva.com/free-auction-software-help/help.aspx , we'll be able to look up the exact error message that eBay returned.

NOTE: Our customer support site is down for the moment while we work out some technical issues, but we're hoping to have it back up within an hour or so.
