I'm New Here and Can't Get My Store Window to Work--Help?

I just signed up with Auctiva and when I view my auctions, the store window states "I have no other items for sale, please come back later", however, when I click on the bottom right of the window where it says "Click here to browse all my eBay items!", it takes you to the store where all 112 of my auctions are listed.

I DO NOT want this message to discourage people and make them think I have no other items for sale. How does this work...I thought everything should be linked up to this?

Hi Legalsec2000.
I hope this maybe helps I had the same problem when I joined a while back.
Go to the MY ACCOUNT tab at the top of web browser screen. Its right next to Store tab. Once you click on the MY ACCOUNT tab it will bring you to your account page. Look under account preferences and see if you have the box checked next enable auctiva store. If you don't check it and wait a few minutes. Then go and see if they the store shows up in your adds.

Hi there, yes it is checked.

Now the store window is working, however, only 12 out of over 100 auctions are scrolling through it. Any ideas on this one? I've been reading some of the posts and it seems that others have had the same problem. If this is a glitch, how do we fix it?

Hi

That is normal. It shows 12 in rotation. It should change every few hours.
But that is normal as it can't cycle all the listings.
We could up the # in the future.
