I NEED HELP FAST!

This is my first posting,im hoping somebody out there can help me!
I have changed an ebay 7 day listing to a 10 day listing but auctiva still has it registered as 7 days which means im going to lose all my photos if i cant figure out how to change my active 7 day listing to 10 with auctiva.
Has anybody had this problem?? please help if you can.thanks

Hi Hatterswidow Do'nt worry I have changed listings and relisted via ebay as long as you do not delete the foto's on auctiva.It also takes time for auctiva to SEE the alteration.I have never had a problem with this in the past so you should be ok.

You won't lose the photos. As long as they're hosted at Auctiva they'll show up in any listing they're linked to.

Like simco said, the system can sometimes take a while to update your revisions but you don't have to worry about the photos disappearing.

My thanks to both simco and rick,auctiva still have my listings as 7 day but im a bit more relaxed at my photos not disappearing into cyberspace now!!
