I need help from Support Team !!!!

hello, I have used auctive for the last week. Everything went perfect. My listings ended yesterday so I relisted some old and made some new listings on ebay. But in auctiva until now none of these listings are sawn in my active listings in auctiva...so my store is empty as I have nothing to sell...I can not add any pictures or do something else.
Is there anything else I can do?
Can I upload my listings from ebay to auctiva site manualy?
Please I need your help.

Hi Efi,

When you list through eBay, your listings will be imported into Auctiva automatically within 4-6 hours. Then they will be displayed in your Auctiva store and store window the next time it refreshes....it does so every 2 hours.

Unfortunately, there's no way to manually import these listings.

first thanks for your REALLY quick reply.
I knew that needs to past 4-6 hours until my listings imported in Auctiva...I am worried very much because already have past 22 hours!!!!
I made my listings yesterday on 15 January at 22,00' greek time and now 16 January 20,00'...
so maybe something is wrong...but I do not know what and what I can do.
