I realize that this is a free service, but I think you have cost me sales. The showcase isn't working and looks horrible waiting to load for 2 days now and pics come and go at random,When An item is sold it continues to be advertised. The filr a report people don't answer or respond to your questions. I can't give this a good recommendation and I had hoped I could. Later and I feel for the new people trying.

Confused I totally agree with Sallyshops. I have a big mystery auction going right now and my page views were high, but my bids are extremely low. This is due to eBayers not benig able to see the pics! It makes my auctions look really bogus. I love your service and would still be here if it weren't Free, but this has to stop. You are hurting business. On e suggestion, is that I would have a backup server with the pics on it, so there are no downtimes. thanks and I hope this gets immediate attention.
At the auction site I am currently using (not Auctiva) sometimes people cannot see their pictures because they need to clear their cache and reboot. I don't know about this place. Try clearing your cache (keep it clear) and reboot. Do an occasional refrag as well. You might be pleasantly surprised. Just so you know, I looked at 5 of your auctions and they all look fabulous (all pics showing).
Tom, Sorry to hear that you feel I am here to fan the flames as you say. Your right I do have an issue with the customer service the past few months. Which has resulted in rude insults to customers that are unprofessional, the use of feedback to insult other members. The lack of communication and not knowing what is going on most the time. I understand your job is frustrating, but the remarks I have read in hear lately isn't helping your customers have any more faith. I will be the first to admit you have a fantastic product, and you may not have any control over it going down, trying to get the bugs worked etc. But you do have control over your responses and how you communicate the issues at hand so it does not reach the boiling point that it has today. I pay for a service and with that should come customer relations. I have to ask myself if he feels another member's concern real or imagined is a waste of his time and publically announces as such, will my concerns be a waste also? If I ask for you to look at my auctions will I be ridiculed for what I sell? And told maybe nobody wants it. Sorry, you can't see where I'm coming from, and only looking at it has fanning the flame.
