iexplore.exe error message

Awhile back I was having a similar problem (I have IE6 DSL)...I can't remember what the error was now, it wasn't the same one you're getting. But IE was constantly popping up with that 'we need to close ' mmessage. I tried everything too, didn't know what to think.
Then about 3 weeks later my phone stopped working...after the tech worked on something in the junction box outside, my computer was FINE, it hasn't acted up since.
Sorry for the long story but it's all I got
Could be the phone line.....????

I'm on cable too, I have DSL high speed, that's what made it so wierd

Some say I should switch to Firefox so if it keeps up I guess I will try that

I was just about ready to do that very thing, and then my mess got fixed. I like IE and don't usually have any problems so it was getting pretty frustrating for awhile there.
BTW, you can download Firefox from the Auctiva website, most folks swear by it But maybe you should have your phone checked too...wouldn't hurt and it's usually free.

I'm new to Auctiva but I've been using Firefox since it first came out...I never have the problems I had before(with ie)..Of course it's not perfect but close....
