If consignment item dont sale relist from Auctiva instead of eBay

Hello, If a consignment item doesn't sale on eBay and I need to relist it do I need to re-list thru Auctiva instead of eBay to keep it realative to the specific consignment? and if I re-list it will I get the insertion fee wavied if it dont sale again. Thanks

Yes you should relist through Auctiva when using consignment so all the links are maintained in Auctiva.

As to the relist credit, relisting through Auctiva will not prevent you from receiving an insertion fee credit, *but* you still must comply with eBay's rules on that...found here http://pages.ebay.com/help/sell/relist.html
